The Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers, Revised with Follow-up (M-CHAT-R/F; Robins, Fein, & Barton, 2009) is a parent-report autism screening tool to assess the likelihood of autism in 16 to 30 month old toddlers. The results will indicate if any further evaluation may be needed. You may use the results from this screener for discussion with your child’s doctor.
Please answer the following questions about your child. Keep in mind how your child usually behaves. If you have seen your child do the behaviour a few times, but he or she does not usually do it, then please answer NO. Please select YES or NO for every question.
Please choose your answers carefully. Answers cannot be changed once you proceed to the subsequent question.
This is an anonymous self-screening tool. Results are only accessible to professionals if you choose to share them.
